Implementation of Character Education In Integrated Islamic Elementary School

Institutions considering a wide range of non-educational behavior has now been penetrated in our educational institutions. Such behavior, among others: the phenomenon violence, sexual abuse, mania business through schools, corruption and arbitrariness that occur school. After conducting reliminary study Integrated Islamic Elementary School Anak Sholeh Hinai, Langkat it can be concluded while, is an institution began to notice importance character education.This used qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data, authors using observation, interviews, documentation.This produced three findings: first from aspect planning done several ways, including: a) Designing school conditions conducive, b) curriculum education explicitly, c) Creating characters integrative, d) Management classrooms, e) environmental management outside classroom. Both at level implementation done, Cooperation between community, Applying model, Habituation pray, Guidance Qur’an intensive, Appreciating creativity learners, f) Establish harmonious relationship teachers learners. Third evalusinya do things, with parents learners (co parenting), strict supervision character, Home visit (Home Visits), Issue communication book.
